Responsibilities

今回ご入社頂く方には、同社の技術開発センターで基幹技術チームの制御業務の他に、メンバーのマネジメントや技術指導等を幅広く頂く予定です。マネジメント経験者の方は是非ご応募ください。

 

＜基幹技術チームの制御業務・マネジメント＞

• 真空装置制御に関する業務
• メンバーの業務調整、育成、管理等のマネジメント
• プロジェクト管理、推進
• 事業計画の策定、立案

※関連会社がある米国シリコンバレー・上海・台湾等の出張対応もございます。

 

Requirements

＜必須＞

• VB/C#その他プログラム言語経験あり
• 管理職としてのマネジメント経験（５年以上）
• 真空装置経験あり（真空装置のシステム理解出来る方）

＜歓迎＞

• 光学制御の経験
• ビジネスレベルの中国語コミュニケーション（読む、書く、話す、聞く）
