Responsibilities: ■業務概要：関西支店が担当する既存荷主への集荷活動をお任せします。
■業務詳細：海上輸送契約の締結・荷主からの問い合わせ対応（見積依頼、スペース調整）
業界、航路、サービスなどの情報提供
月1回の定例会開催、PowerPointを使った情報提供
予算、実績管理

【メインとしてお任せする業務】コンテナ貨物の法人顧客集荷営業業務。グローバルに展開されているお客様のビジネスに合わせた輸出・輸入・三国間輸送の提案・契約締結を行って頂きます。刻々と変化する世界情勢、航路環境や当社サービスの運航状況など安全・安定輸送に関わる情報を提供すること、コミュニケーションを蜜にとることで、お客様との信頼関係の構築を担って頂きます。
【携わっていただく業務】顧客訪問、集荷営業活動、運賃交渉及び契約締結、本船スペース調整、お客様からのお問い合わせ対応、海上輸送に関連する情報収集及びご提供、輸送状況のモニタリング、トラブル対応、予算・実績管理
