【入社後について】
まずは当社の主要な商品群の知識を少しずつ計画的に習得しながら、ドイツ本社から送付されて来る製品の技術知識を取得するところからスタートしていきます。その後、製品を組み込んだ機械部品の検討、強度計算、3D-CADを使用した設計、製作業務に移行し幅を徐々に広げて行くことになります。商品の勉強会・研修会を計画的に実施する等、バックアップ体制にも十分配慮しております。
