■ポジションについて
Japan Sales Country Manager に直接レポートし、担当顧客に対する同社の装置(資本財)販売のすべての活動を統括・管理をお任せします。
主な役割は、売上目標の達成に向けて、販売の拡大、製品のマーケットシェア向上、顧客との関係構築・強化、そして収益性を損なうことなく顧客満足を最大化することです。 

■Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and be part of the transition process of Japan Sales Strategy change
  • Responsible for overall sales performance for the assigned customers in Japan, including Sales Planning, customer management, channel partner management, lead follow-up, prospecting, advocating negotiating and exceeding sales goals
  • Propose the company product solutions in line with customer requirements and driving customer specification review
  • Voice of the Customer: successfully translate customer needs and requests to the Business Units for product enhancements, performance, and support
  • Accurate reporting and submission of monthly and quarterly rolling sales forecasts
  • Regularly updating and maintaining pertinent sales contacts, opportunities and forecasts in SalesForce
  • Proactively working with Global Service and Business Units for customer satisfaction.
  • Improve sales volume and market share by keeping current with industry, such as supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, competition, and market research analysis
  • Generate and submit regular reports to update Country Manager on business activity and results
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management
  • Represents Company on various trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars
  • Maintains effective budgetary controls of sales expenses
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies

Requirements

■必須
  • 学士号(工学系または関連する技術系学位が望ましい)
  • 資本財(製造装置など)業界での営業経験:10年以上
  • 資本財メーカーでの確かな営業実績
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 国内外への出張が可能であること
