Responsibilities

主に航空宇宙および防衛産業のお客様に対するセールス、既存顧客のマネジメント業務を行っていただきます。
業務内容：

• 担当顧客の満足度を向上させるため、価格、品質、納期全てにおける責任を持った日々の対応。
• 情報とデータ、根拠に基づく売上計画・予想の作成。
• 担当顧客においての成長戦略の策定。必要なアクションの整理、情報収集、実行。
• 戦略製品の知識習得、顧客アプリケーションに対する学習。
• 「明るい雰囲気を持って」社内各部署と業務の丁寧なコミュニケーション。
• 提案製品の適用アプリケーション例
  • 航空機、ロケット、人工衛星、船舶、水中機器など

Requirements

必須要件：

• 学歴：大卒以上
• 英語
  • 目安 TOEIC 500点以上（メールベースでの英語使用あり）
  • 英語が苦手でも前向きに取り組める方
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）
• 普通自動車運転免許
• B to Bの営業職の経験がある
• 以下のいずれかの業界経験がある方で、営業または技術・FAE等の経験がある
  • 航空宇宙・防衛
  • 機械（自動車、産業機器、電気電子部品、ロボット）
  • 素材（材料、原料）
  • ハイテク（電機、デバイス、通信、半導体、精密機器）
  • 商社等
• 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）
• 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている
• 仕事に対してのモチベーションを高く持っており、継続的な努力が出来る

歓迎要件：

• 航空宇宙・防衛業界での営業、技術、FAE経験者
• 電子部品メーカーや商社/代理店での営業もしくは技術/FAE経験がある方
• 電気工学、または機械工学の基礎知識をお持ちの方
• SAP使用経験がある方
