■ポジションについて
複雑な技術的・運営上の課題に対し、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、不確実性に対処しながら顧客の立場を代弁します。

■具体的な業務内容

• プロジェクトを主導し、包括的な製品開発管理（スコープ/変更要求管理、製品開発スケジュール、生産準備、プロジェクト予算、品質要件）を担当し、計画通りの製品リリースを推進
• 様々な関連部署と協業し、プロジェクトを監視し、問題を明確化、継続的な改善、リスクの事前軽減を図り、定期的に関連する上層部へ報告
• プロダクトマネジメントチームと連携し、事業計画策定に参画

Requirements

■必須

• 3年以上のプロジェクトマネージャー／プロジェクトエンジニアとしての実務経験
• アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメントの経験（適宜必要なDeep diveを行うMind set）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• 電気製品または電気部品製品のプロジェクトマネージャー経験
• 機械工学または電気工学の学歴
• カイゼン、シックスシグマ、リーン生産方式に関する知識
