- Responsibilities
- 当社のデジタル開発チームで推進をしているDX化の案件に参画していただき、営業や事業企画からの要望をヒアリングし、具体的に要求整理、要件定義などを基にしたプロジェクト計画を作成いただきます。また自らが作業するだけではなく、他メンバーの作業を牽引する事を期待しております。可能ならステークホルダー間の要望の差を調整し、適切な要件の策定調整もお願いしたいです。
業務内容：
部門計画やデジタル化構想の立案・推進
DX化の推進（営業や事業企画、生産調達部門、研究開発部門からの要望をヒアリングし、具体的に要求整理、要件定義、基本設計、DB設計などの仕様書の作成と牽引）

新規機能追加
既存システムの改善
※CDO・デジタル戦略本部長・部長と議論しながら、構想のたたき台を作成して検討を推進する業務です。
