This company is engaged in development, investment, construction and operation of renewable power plant in Japan

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Total project management including strategy formulation, process management, schedule management, budget management, and risk management for individual projects
• Site survey and business location selection
• Acquire private land or obtain permission to use public land
• Securing grid interconnection capacity, negotiating grid interconnection contracts and power purchase agreements
• Negotiations with supervisory authorities and local governments regarding necessary permits and licenses
• Power plant design and engineering management
• Preparation and management of financial models, discussions, reports and negotiations with domestic and international investors and financial institutions for project financing.
• New business proposals not limited to solar power

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Those who have the will and ability to see things through
• To work with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to one's work
• Being able to find meaning in taking on challenges rather than stability
• Being able to respect and honor others regardless of their position and to consider things from their point of view
• Business English conversation skills
• University degree or above

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience dealing with agricultural land law
• Work experience with farmers
• Those who have connections with farmers and agricultural-related people (JA, agricultural machinery manufacturers, fertilizer manufacturers, feed manufacturers, food processing manufacturers, etc.)
• People who want to improve Japan's food self-sufficiency rate and change Japanese agriculture
• Specifically, those with experience in agricultural policy (prefectures, cities, towns, and villages), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, and former consultants, etc.
