- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Total project management including strategy formulation, process management, schedule management, budget management, and risk management for individual projects
- Site survey and business location selection
- Acquire private land or obtain permission to use public land
- Securing grid interconnection capacity, negotiating grid interconnection contracts and power purchase agreements
- Negotiations with supervisory authorities and local governments regarding necessary permits and licenses
- Power plant design and engineering management
- Preparation and management of financial models, discussions, reports and negotiations with domestic and international investors and financial institutions for project financing.
- New business proposals not limited to solar power

Minimum requirements:

Preferred qualifications:- Work experience dealing with agricultural land law
- Work experience with farmers
- Those who have connections with farmers and agricultural-related people (JA, agricultural machinery manufacturers, fertilizer manufacturers, feed manufacturers, food processing manufacturers, etc.)
- People who want to improve Japan's food self-sufficiency rate and change Japanese agriculture
- Specifically, those with experience in agricultural policy (prefectures, cities, towns, and villages), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, and former consultants, etc.
