Responsibilities

日本市場におけるAD／ADAS領域の事業成長を牽引いただく営業マネージャーを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、新規顧客開拓をリードするとともに、既存顧客との強固な関係構築を推進し、商務面からプロジェクト全体のマネジメントを担っていただきます。
主に国内大手自動車メーカーを中心とした顧客との直接的な折衝・提案活動を通じて、ビジネス拡大に貢献いただく重要な役割です。

■ Responsibilities  

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AD/ADAS market.  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic customers (major Japanese automotive OEMs).  
• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution.

Requirements

■必須

• グローバルな自動車業界における実務経験5年以上  
•  IPT／SAQ（PDS）をリードし、受注活動およびプロジェクト遂行を推進できる能力 
•  ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• 営業、カスタマーサービス、購買などにおける高い交渉経験
