- Responsibilities
- 航空転用型艦艇用ガスタービンエンジンの整備事業における、生産技術をお任せいたします。具体的には、英語で書かれている機種毎の整備マニュアル・手順などを、ニュアンスを含めて日本語へ変換しながら整備作業手順書に落とし込んだ上で、現場作業者へ対応指示を行っていきます。修理品の状態に合わせた対応を判断し、複雑な整備作業を円滑に行えるように取りまとめて支援をしていく業務です。また、生産技術として新たな収益源となる修理方法の開発や新技術の導入、現場作業者向けの指示書作成、各種工程の設備導入および工程管理を行います。エンジンの種類ごとに編成されたチームをリーダーとしてまとめ、業務を推進していただきます。同社の事業拡大及び国防に寄与するため、TAT（Turn Around Time：お客様からエンジンを受け取って整備し返却するまでの時間）の短縮に向けた各種改革にも挑戦しており、将来的には業務効率化やDXの推進にも貢献いただけるような方のご入社を期待しています。

- Responsibilities
- 航空機を始めとしたエンジンに使用される、各部品修理の特殊工程に関わる生産技術開発業務をお任せいたします。強靭化、軽量化が進む航空機部品には、洗浄、溶射、メッキ、塗装、熱処理、溶接など特殊な工程を複数組み合わせて部品を修理する必要があります。それらの工程をいくつか担当しながら、OJTなどを通して専門技術や各種材料等に対する深い知識を身に付け、自社技術や設備の特徴をどう活かすかを考え、時には新たな修理の開発や新技術の導入を行なっていただきます。将来的にはロボット・ICT技術を活用した修理工程の高度化・効率化や、特殊工程の開発・量産化・標準化・維持管理といった業務を幅広く担当いただくことを期待します。エンジン部品の損傷における因子を特定し、それぞれの破損の種類に対して異なる工程・手法を検討していくような、常に考え続ける業務です。新たな修理技術の開発や自社技術および設備の特徴をいかした工程を検討するなど、やりがいのあるポジションです。
