Responsibilities

■概要
事業計画達成に向け、生産管理部門の責任者として生産管理チームおよび部品管理チームを統括いただきます。
需要変動に応じた生産計画立案、営業との需給調整、原価管理、在庫最適化を推進し、安定した製品供給体制の構築をリードいただきます。

■主な業務

• 生産管理部門全体の統括
• 生産計画・供給計画の立案および管理
• 営業部門との需給調整
• COGS（製造原価）の管理および改善推進
• 在庫管理および適正在庫維持
• 調達・サプライチェーン部門との連携
• WIP（仕掛品）・原材料・出荷管理
• 生産性向上、リードタイム短縮施策の推進

Requirements

■必須

• MES、ERP、生産管理システムの運用経験10年以上
• 製造業（機械加工・組立工程）における生産管理経験
• 20名規模以上のマネジメント経験5年以上
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • グローバル会議に参加可能なレベル

■歓迎

• サプライチェーン管理経験
• 品質管理の知識
• MES導入プロジェクト経験
• PMP資格
• 生産管理関連資格
