Responsibilities

A global company operating in the healthcare and technology sectors is seeking an EHS & Facility Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and facility management activities at a manufacturing site. The role will collaborate with local and global stakeholders while leading a team to drive operational excellence, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description : 拠点責任者を補佐し、国内外の関係部署と連携しながら、環境・安全衛生および施設管理に関する業務全般を統括いただきます。また、チームマネジメントを通じて継続的な改善活動を推進していただきます。

• 労働安全衛生および環境負荷低減に関する評価、戦略立案、実行および改善活動の推進
• グローバル基準および国内法令・規制に準拠した環境・安全衛生活動および施設管理の推進
• 事業所や施設の安定稼働に向けた各種測定・点検・調査・改善活動の実施
• 建物・設備の維持管理、修繕、改修工事の企画および管理
• 施設および生産設備に関する中長期保全計画の策定・推進
• 従業員の安全確保、事故・災害の未然防止、発生時の調査および再発防止活動
• 安全文化の醸成およびリスク評価・低減活動の推進
• 国内外拠点とのベストプラクティス共有および展開
• 課題発見から関係部門を巻き込んだ改善活動、業務プロセス最適化の推進
• 環境・安全衛生および施設管理に関する予算策定・管理
• 行政対応、各種届出、記録文書、図面および設備関連資料の管理
• 従業員および協力会社向け教育・研修の企画・実施
• 危機管理および事業継続に関する活動の支援

Requirements

Must :

• Experience in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) operations in manufacturing
• People Management Experience
• Experience working in English (meeting participation, email response, etc.)
• Experience driving projects involving multiple departments
• Knowledge on Safety, Health, and Environmental Laws and Regulations

Experiences we especially value :

• EHS Experience in Manufacturing

• Experience working in a global environment using English
• We welcome those with experience in Facility Management, but we prioritize those who have demonstrated leadership in the EHS domain.
