Responsibilities

◆業務内容具体的には以下の業務をご担当いただきます。1. 製品戦略・ロードマップの策定

• 市場動向・競合分析
• 顧客課題の把握
• 製品戦略立案
• 中長期ロードマップ策定

2. 製品マーケティング・販売支援

• 製品価値訴求の企画
• 販売戦略立案
• 営業・提案活動支援
• グローバル販売拠点との連携

3. 製品開発推進

• シンガポール開発拠点との協働
• 開発テーマ企画
• 要件整理と開発項目の優先順位付け
• 製品開発プロジェクト支援

4. 顧客価値創出

• 国内外顧客との対話
• 課題ヒアリング
• 市場ニーズの整理
• 製品改善および新機能企画

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製品企画、またはソフトウェア開発に携わった経験がある方
• 日本語：ネイティブレベル（コミュニケーションが取れる方）
• 英語：日常レベル（TOEIC(R)600点相当／日常会話程度のコミュニケーションができる方）

■歓迎条件：

• プロセス産業における保守／保全に関する知識
• マーケティングフレームワークに関する基礎知識
• ビジネス英会話ができる方（目安：TOEIC(R)800点以上）
