- 従来のオペレーションに囚われず、チーム全体の効率性とイノベーションを継続的に追求し、現状の業務プロセスから「不要な」および「非効率な」作業を徹底的に削減し、大幅な改善を実現することに、これまで以上に積極的に取り組んでいきたいと考えています。営業、社内の各部署（現地支社含む）、海外パートナーを仲介し、インターネットリサーチ案件全体のハンドリングを実施します。自分たちが調査した商品やサービスが世の中に出て、広まっていくことを通じ、やりがいと成長を実感することができます。クライアントはメーカー等の事業会社、広告代理店、シンクタンク、コンサルティングファーム、調査会社、官公庁などです。業務詳細:
インターネットリサーチの調査票確認・アンケート画面作成・配信・集計・納品業務までをハンドリングします。営業から調査案件の依頼がくると調査全体の概要を把握
アンケートの質問項目が記載されている調査票を精査し、クライアントへ確認
調査票が確定したらアンケート画面を作成するチーム（インド支社）へ作成を指示
アンケート画面がアップさたら調査仕様や内容をチェックしクライアントへ確認を依頼し、修正点があれば修正
自社及び現地パートナー企業と連携し、アンケートモニターへアンケートを配信し、回答を回収
データ集計を集計チーム（インド支社）が対応し、集計後の結果を確認し、クライアントに納品
レポートが必要な場合はリサーチャーがレポートを作成し、クライアントへ納品
上記定常業務とは別に、各メンバーは業務改善アジェンダを持ち、AIを活用した業務効率化の推進も担っていただきます。
