Responsibilities

• 自動化×AIを前提とした次世代サプライチェーン構想の企画・実行
• SCM領域（需給計画、調達、物流、生産連携 等）における業務改革・プロセス再設計（BPR）
• AI活用を含むDXプロジェクトの全体統括（構想～定着まで）
• 社内外ステークホルダー（経営層、現場、IT、パートナー）を巻き込んだ変革推進・合意形成
• 組織・人財・文化の変革を含めた持続可能なDX基盤づくり

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネージメント経験
• BPR（ビジネスプロセス改善・改革）の経験

歓迎条件：

• コンサルティング会社において事業変革・業務改革・組織改革等のプロジェクトをリードした経験
• 製造業のサプライチェーン業務経験
• 自動車業界経験
