Responsibilities

• ビジネスニーズに基づく最適なITソリューションの設計
• 他のソリューションアーキテクトとの連携による、IT戦略・アーキテクチャロードマップとの整合性確保
• 既存IT資産の再利用促進による価値提供の高速化と重複・無駄の削減
• エンタープライズアーキテクトおよびトライブメンバーと協力し、ビジネスケイパビリティのギャップを特定
• 戦略策定および業務計画に必要な技術的示唆や改善点の提供
• スクワッド内の開発者・運用担当者への技術的サポート、具体的なソリューションの提示
• プラットフォームアーキテクトとの協働による、主要技術や最新のテクノロジーの把握
• アーキテクチャ、技術、セキュリティガイドラインの順守を確実にするための設計とレビュー
• 多文化なグローバル環境の中で、会社のIT戦略に直接影響を与え、デジタル変革・保険ビジネスのモダナイゼーションを推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• ソリューション／アプリケーションアーキテクト、テクニカルPO、ソフトウェアエンジニア等での5年以上の経験
• アーキテクチャ原則・ガバナンスの理解
• SDLC、変更管理・リリース管理、プロジェクト管理の基礎知識
• 英語・日本語のビジネスレベル
