【職務詳細】職務概要①～③に沿った調査研究プロジェクト、事業戦略立案に従事いただきます。
①経営戦略策定に資する情報の収集・発信：生成AIや先端産業（バイオ・ヘルスケア、半導体など）に関するビジネス・テクノロジートレンド分析
研究発表会などで経営幹部に発表
②デジタル・グリーン事業の拡大戦略策定：事業戦略担当テーマ（例）各産業デジタル化に関する顧客協創戦略と同社グループのビジネスモデル立案
量子コンピュータ、生成AIなど先端技術への産業応用と同社グループの事業化に向けた戦略立案
スマートシティなど地域創成（国内外）に関する自治体など顧客提案と同社グループの戦略立案
③グループのマネージメントとイノベーション産業グループの研究管理（タスク、スケジュール、予算など）、人財マネジメント
大型・難易度がプロジェクトに関しては、自分自身がプロジェクトマネジャーとして研究を推進
生成AI等を用いた新たな研究手法の検討、産学官の有識者と連携したオープンイノベーション
