Responsibilities

• 北米・東南アジア・ヨーロッパを中心としたクロスボーダーM&AにおけるFA業務をお任せします。
• クライアントは主に日本企業であり、海外の会社を買収する際のバイサイドFAが多いですが、セルサイドFAも一部ございます。

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力、およびネイティブレベルの日本語力　※TOEIC（R）800点以上目安
• FAS系ファームや総合系ファームにおけるM&Aアドバイザリー経験※クロスボーダーM&A関与経験不問

歓迎条件：

• クロスボーダーM&Aの実務経験
