Responsibilities

• ご入社後は、まず国内での外部苦情、内部苦情をベースに倉庫業務における予防保全の仕組みづくりをリードしていただき、将来的には、地域本社のメンバーとの意見交換や、グローバル会議への参加・出張により幅広い知見とパワフルな活動によるグループ内の改善活動をグローバル本社のメンバーとして進めていただきたいと考えております。
• 他にはご意向次第では、ロジスティクスに係る業務の拡張、マネジメント、DX推進等、さまざまなキャリアパスを想定しております。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 品質管理に関する知識や経験
• 顧客監査、内部監査をリーダーとして実施もしくは、責任者として受審経験
• プロセスの改善・改革の経験
• 海外と連携した業務経験
• 英語力：会議等でのファシリテートや議論が行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト800／CEFR B2）、海外拠点との会議で英語を使用

歓迎要件：

• 電子部品業界　経験者　(自動車業界、Tier1、Tier2を理解している方)
