- 業務内容：
グループが担う共通及び各事業部のビジネス戦略・プロジェクト戦略・事業価値最大化を目指した、戦略的な財務会計、及び組織マネジメント
制度会計・税務の知識・経験に基づいて、どのようにシステムを活用し、管理会計を含めた業務を再定義・発展させていきます
まずはプレイングマネージャーとして、グループ各社単体決算、税務申告、グローバルへの財務報告、及び支払業務管理を行なっていただき、現状のファイナンス業務のスコープ・プロセスを把握
＜別のオプション＞各LoSのMangment Officeにてリーダーのサポートを２年行い、事業を間近で理解
ERP導入にあわせ、経営トップ・各事業コントローラー・ファイナンス内の他チームとの協働のもと、経営戦略を成功に導くためのファイナンス業務を組織形態を含めて再定義・定着
