Responsibilities

下記のいずれか（複数の場合あり）の業務を、ご経験、適性、英語スキルなどを考慮の上、ご担当いただきます。

• 連結決算全般、開示資料作成（決算短信、計算書類、有価証券報告書等）
  • 連結決算実務及び各開示資料の作成に携わるメンバーをリードしていただきます。
• 監査対応
• 海外の拠点サポート（英語でのメールのやり取り、オンライン打ち合わせが発生します。）
  • 主要海外拠点とは四半期ごとにオンラインミーティングを実施しております。その主要拠点のいくつかをご担当いただき、ミーティングの司会進行や、質疑及び確認対応などを実施いただきます。また、同じ課のメンバーのサポートや指導も担当いただきます。
• 新規取得会社のPMI
  • 実務を理解いただいた上で、将来的に上記を取りまとめるリーダーとして、自主的な判断・改善・提案を期待しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 上場企業での連結決算の実務経験5年以上
• 連結決算のリーダー経験3年以上
• 英語 ビジネスレベル／TOEIC(R)テスト700点相当（ネイティブレベル／TOEIC(R)テスト800点相当であれば尚可）
• 日本語 日常レベル

■歓迎条件：

• 会計士資格、簿記資格
