Responsibilities

• 既存のパートナー戦略・方針を踏まえた担当パートナー領域における施策の企画・実行
• パートナーとの定例会・個別協議の推進および実務対応（アジェンダ設定、論点整理、合意形成）
• プロジェクトからの要請を受け、パートナーへの案件打診とアサイン調整の実行
• 個別案件におけるパートナー協業スキーム（役割分担、商流、条件）の具体化・調整
• パートナー評価・管理ルールに基づく、実データの収集・整理・評価作業および改善提案
• 契約・再委託・運用面で発生する個別課題の整理と、関係部門（法務・購買等）との調整対応
• 現行ルールや運用上の課題を踏まえた、パートナーリング実務プロセスの改善・標準化対応
• 上位者（ダイレクター／ユニット長）への定期報告・論点エスカレーションおよび対応方針の具体化

Requirements

必須条件

• パートナー管理、購買・調達、Vendor Management、アライアンス、チャネル営業のいずれかの業務経験
• 上層部（部長・役員クラス）との協業・折衝経験
• 組織横断プロジェクトの推進経験

歓迎条件：

• 大手SIer・コンサルティングファーム・ITベンダー等の幹部クラスとの対外折衝経験
• 契約管理（準委任、再委託、ライセンス契約等）
• 協業スキーム（共同提案／共創プログラム／リード共有等）の立案・運用
• 企画・制度設計・評価基準づくり（運用・改善含む）
