• CxOへのトップマネジメント提案
• 戦略プロジェクトの推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 複雑な状況から本質的な課題を見抜き、多角的に解決策を検討できる思考力
• 多様なステークホルダー（経営層、事業部長、現場担当者など）と円滑な関係を構築し、合意形成を図れるコミュニケーション能力・プロジェクトマネジメント能力
• 抽象概念／インサイトを的確に言語化・ビジュアライズ化できる能力
