Responsibilities

• 需要を多角的に捉える情報統合
• ビジネス環境の分析・シナリオ作成
• Scenario Planning会議のファシリテーション
• 意思決定パッケージ化
• シナリオ選定・意思決定
• 早期警戒とアップデート運用
• 高度なS&OPへの組み込み
• エグゼクティブ向けコミュニケーション

Requirements

• シナリオプランニング、市場分析、戦略企画、経営企画、事業企画等の実務経験（SCM関連の知見よりも、マクロな視点でシナリオプランニングができることを重視します）
• 英語力（参考値：TOEICスコア780以上）
• 不確実性を前提に仮説を構築・検証する思考力

歓迎要件:

• 供給網（SCM）や技術ロードマップの理解
• 定量分析（Excel、BI、Maestro、簡易モデル構築 等）のスキル
• デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）や新規事業の立ち上げに関わった経験
