Responsibilities

• 海外子会社の会計指導または応援（数週間または数カ月の出張を伴う場合があります。）
• 買収した会社のPMI業務（不定期で、規模により数日～数カ月の海外出張を伴う場合があります。）
• 海外子会社からの決算情報収集（四半期に1回のオンライン英語会議、日々英語でのメールのやり取りがあります。）
• 海外子会社の海外往査立会い（不定期）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での連結決算全般、開示資料作成（決算短信、計算書類、有価証券報告書等）等の実務経験：5年程度
• 英語：ネイティブレベル／TOEIC(R)テスト800点相当
• 日本語：日常レベル
• 海外出張や海外赴任が可能な方
