Responsibilities

【経営企画オペレーション管理】 スケジュール＆予算管理【財務分析】ビジネスカンパニーの経営状況把握、PL,BS,CFを用いた経営分析、上長レポート【投資管理】各種投資等の申請時(経営会議やBoD)のアプリケーション内容のチェック、サポートや資料作成【プロジェクトマネジメント】各種プロジェクトへの参加、契約書(主に英語)の把握、社内外のプロジェクトメンバーとの交渉、ファイナンシャルモデルの分析,課題発見,対応,全社視点での問題点の把握や指摘 等【コーポレートコミュニケーション業務】海外子会社の主要メンバーや重要顧客が来日した際のアテンド、海外での新工場設立時の日本から招待客のアテンドやスケジュール調整、カンパニー内のエンゲージメントを高める為のHRとの協業　等ご入社後は、まずビジネスカンパニー全体を理解する為に、幅広い業務をお任せし、将来的にはビジネスカンパニーCEOに直接提案やレポーティングする業務をお任せします。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 各種財務指標を分析及び理解できる能力、管理会計に携わった経験
• ファイナンシャル_モデルから事業価値の将来性や企業価値等(DCF、TV、EV等)を分析できる知識
