■業務内容：
オペレーションテクニシャンとして、
企業からの問い合わせや電力共有に関する電力会社の指示に従い、
適切な電力供給をおこなうためのオペレーション業務を遂行していただきます。
≪オペレーション業務≫
DR（デマンド・リスポンス）管理システムを使用し、オペレーション業務を実施
需要家の電力使用状況の監視
通信ネットワークの監視
DR発動のオペレーション
DR発動のレポート作成
DRサービスのプロセス改善
DR 管理システム試験の実施
≪サポート業務≫
電力会社・需要家とのコミュニケーション窓口、各種問い合わせに対するサポート業務
≪その他の業務≫
品質管理チームと協調した、オペレーション品質の維持向上
DR管理システム開発チームへの改善提案、不具合対応も含めた事案報告（英語使用）
