Responsibilities

【業務内容】

• Salesforceを活用した営業支援アプリケーションの企画・開発・保守
• Agentforceを活用したAIソリューションの企画・実装
• ビジネス部門との要件整理・プロダクト改善提案
• SAFeアジャイルによる継続的なプロダクト開発

【役割】ご経験・志向に応じて、以下の役割を担っていただきます。

• Salesforceアプリケーション開発のリード
• アーキテクチャ設計・技術選定
• ビジネス部門との要件定義・課題解決提案
• SAFeアジャイルにおける継続的改善活動への参画

【想定担当案件例】

• Agentforceを中心としたAgentic AI活用、A2A連携による業務変革、効率化の実現
• Data Cloudを中心とした行内複数Orgでのデータ連携環境の構築
• 音声認識サービスとの連携による非定型データを使ったCRMシステムの機能拡張

Requirements

■必須条件：＜経験＞

• Salesforceプラットフォーム上でのアプリケーション開発・プラットフォーム管理者経験（3年以上）

＜スキル・知識＞

• Salesforceプラットフォーム上でのシステム開発スキル

または

• Salesforceプラットフォームのシステム管理者・開発検討・推進・運営スキル
