Responsibilities

The company is strengthening its quality engineering capabilities to support a rapidly growing, AI-driven product platform.
As services increase in complexity and user impact, it seeks a QA Engineer to lead end-to-end quality initiatives—from strategy to release—while establishing scalable, automated practices that ensure reliability.
This role is critical in building a robust QA foundation that can scale across multiple products and teams.

■Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product quality across an AI-driven platform, from development through release, ensuring consistent standards and reliability.
• Define and drive scalable QA strategies, including AI-driven testing approaches, automation, and quality gates aligned with best practices.
• Establish and standardize QA processes (test planning, defect management, risk assessment, release criteria) to support long-term scalability.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies across all stages (pre-release to production), covering functional and non-functional aspects.
• Advance automation maturity and ensure system stability through robust regression, integration, and resilience testing.
• Provide clear visibility into quality metrics, risks, and release readiness for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality early in the development lifecycle, define acceptance criteria, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Lead and mentor QA efforts while promoting a culture of shared quality ownership and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

■Required

• 5+ years of software testing experience, with strong expertise in designing and scaling automation frameworks (E2E, API)
• Hands-on experience in manual and non-functional testing, including stability and resilience validation
• Proficiency with testing and API tools such as Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, and GraphQL
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., coding assistants, test automation tools) for test development and analysis
• Advanced scripting skills and experience with end-to-end integration testing across system layers
• Proven ability to drive product quality through automation strategies, reporting, and release assessments
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
• Business-level or higher English proficiency

■Preferred

• Knowledge of AI model evaluation metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision, recall) and their application in testing
• Experience with performance or security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and containerized/Kubernetes-based systems
• Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)
• Experience in AI development or applying AI tools to enhance development and testing processes
