Responsibilities

増員によるテクノロジー予算管理に関連する組織強化を図るための募集です。
総合人材企業である同社におけるIT関連部門の予算策定／予算管理の統括業務をご担当いただきます。

■業務内容

• グループ横断のIT費目（人件費、クラウド／ソフトウェア、設備投資、委託費 など）の年間予算編成とローリングフォーキャストの運用
• 月次予実管理（実績集計、差異分析、要因分解、是正アクションの策定・実行）
• 同社のIT関連部署で扱う契約管理チームのマネジメント
• CIO/CFO等の経営層に向けたレポーティングの実施
• 監査対応および内部統制等

Requirements

■必須要件

• 事業会社のIT部門で部門予算管理・予算策定経験（2年以上）
• マネジメント向けの報告資料作成や報告の経験
