Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, facilities contracts, indirect materials agreements, and other commercial contracts as assigned.
Manage contracts across the full lifecycle, from intake and review through approval, execution, tracking, and close-out or renewal.
Partner with attorneys and legal professionals across the legal teams within the Legal department, and cross-functional stakeholders to support consistent and efficient contract review and approval processes.
Apply and support compliance with internal contracting policies, procedures, and approval frameworks; escalate non-standard or higher-risk issues appropriately.
Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contractual terms, risk considerations, company policies, and mitigation approaches.

Prepare, proofread, translate (EN<->JP) and redline legal documents, correspondence, and training or reference materials.
