Responsibilities

組織運営におけるコンプライアンスおよびリスク管理の重要性が高まる中、事案発生時の迅速かつ適切な調査体制の強化が求められています。
本ポジションでは、不正・規程違反・情報管理上の問題等に関する事実調査や原因分析を行い、再発防止策の策定・実行を支援します。
また、社内外への報告対応や関係部門との連携を通じて、コンプライアンス体制の強化と業務プロセスの高度化を推進していただきます。

■主な業務内容

• コンプライアンス関連事案に関する調査、ヒアリング、事実確認および原因分析
• 関係当局や社内経営層への報告・エスカレーション対応
• 再発防止策および未然防止施策の企画・推進
• 関係部門との連携によるコンプライアンス体制の強化
• 業務プロセスの改善およびリスク管理の推進

Requirements

■必須

• 他組織とのコミュニケーションも積極的にとれる方
• PCスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント）
• 保険業または金融機関における職務経験が5年以上
• うち、顧客対応部門、または内部管理部門の職務経験があること

■歓迎

• 当局対応窓口または当局報告資料の作成経験
• 社内規程・契約書の作成経験
