■具体的な業務内容

• 各種契約書の立案・作成支援及び審査
• 法務相談への助言・指導等の対応
• M&A等の投資案件における法務支援
• 国内外の訴訟・紛争対応
• 法務リスクの調査分析、法務事項に関する規程及び社内ルールの策定・運用
• グローバルな法規制の管理体制に係る企画立案および施策
• 新規事業(水素、航空宇宙等)における法務支援
• 社内法務教育及び啓発活動
• 法務部内若手育成

Requirements

■必須

• 企業、官公庁、または法律事務所における法務経験3年以上
• 国内または海外契約書の作成・審査経験

■歓迎

• 法科大学院修了
• 弁護士資格
• ビジネス実務法務検定2級
• 製造業（機械、電機、部品等）またはエンジニアリング会社での企業法務経験
• 英語力（契約書レビューや国際法務対応が可能なレベル）
