Responsibilities

グローバルな事業拡大を進める大手フード関連企業において、知財戦略の推進を担うポジションです。特許・意匠の権利化からクリアランス、紛争対応、事業支援まで幅広い知財業務に携わり、プレイングマネジャーとして組織および事業の成長に貢献いただきます。
業務内容：

• グループ内で生じる新たな技術・サービスを保護する知的財産業務全般（主に特許・意匠）
• 出願権利化
• クリアランス対応
• 知財紛争対応
• 交渉対応
• 契約審査
• 事業活動（開発方針を含む）への知財面からの支援
• 知財評価および各種プロジェクトへの参画
• 知的財産に関する社員教育の実施
• 必要に応じた出張対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• 理系学部のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
• 事業会社の知財部門における出願権利化、クリアランス、紛争・交渉対応等、知財全般の豊富な実務経験
• 知的財産管理技能検定2級以上、またはそれに相当する能力
• プレイングマネジャーとして主体的に実務遂行ができる方
• 英文読解が可能なレベルの英語力
  • 英語：中級　（TOEIC 600点以上）
• 知財部門メンバーおよび他部署と円滑なコミュニケーションができる方

歓迎要件：

• 弁理士資格
• 知的財産アナリスト（特許）
