■業務詳細：国内二次代理店との関係の強化を行い、不具合発生時に優先して迅速に不具合対応を実施してもらうようにする。
OEM／顧客からの不具合報告を受けて有償工事か補償クレーム工事を的確に判断し、有償の場合は費用請求を行う。クレームの場合は、メーカーへクレームを申請。
不具合原因究明（トラブルシューティング）の実施。
