Responsibilities

ガスタービンおよび蒸気タービン部品（例：ガスタービン動静翼・車室（ケース）、蒸気タービン動静翼・車室など）の国内外サプライヤーにおける生産能力増強に向けて、品質管理や工程管理に従事します。設計部門や品質保証部門と連携し、サプライヤーの特性を活かしたサプライチェーンを構築することが主な業務です。

• サプライヤー開拓: 新規サプライヤーの開拓および製造能力の評価
• 調達業務: サプライヤーへの製作指示および発注仕様の作成
• 品質管理: サプライヤーでの製造における品質管理と指導（国内外サプライヤーへの短期訪問による直接指導を含む）
• 工程管理: サプライヤーでの製造における工程管理（国内外サプライヤーへの短期訪問による直接フォローを含む）

Requirements

必須条件:【経験】特別な経験は問わないが、以下があればなお良い。

• 生産技術や品質管理の実務経験

【能力】

• 基本的なPCスキル（Word,Excel,PowerPointなど）
• サプライヤー、及び関係他部門(設計・調達・営業、他)とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う能力
• 課題改善/解決能力
