We are currently seeking a Payroll Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Payroll Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization. The role involves working to strict deadlines as part of a small team interacting with employees, internal departments (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external providers.
Main responsibilities:- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain payroll records and documentation, including employee deductions, earnings, and taxes
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
- Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis as needed to cover business needs and assessing alternative resolutions.
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in payroll processing or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Excellent communication and soft skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred qualifications:- Knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus
