Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Administration Specialist is responsible for overseeing Compensation and Benefits programs and drive positive and respectful workplace culture. Strong transversal competencies and hands-on support are essential to effectively implement organizational changes and achieve our goals.
Main responsibilities:
  • Compensation Program
    • Lead and manage the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, annual bonuses, and retirement allowances. Ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets and manage all payroll deductions.
    • Implement comprehensive compensation programs, including evaluation systems and data management.
  • Benefits
    • Coordinate health, life, and insurance benefits, along with fringe benefit services (BenefitOne, group credit insurance, pension plan).
  • Data Management
    • Compile and present HR reports related to budget, headcount, and working conditions.
  • HR Operation
    • Improve HR programs to incorporate with latest trends and best practices to make it better for employees to work.
    • Manage and operate remote work and flextime systems so that keep employee health and work-life balance.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor by listening to employees' needs and providing support.
    • Work closely with employees to optimize working conditions and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or related fields.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for people, and a growth mindset with empathy.
  • Eager to drive positive change as an agent of transformation.
  • Fluent in Japanese with business-level English skills.
