顧客と契約条件・成果物を調整し、必要な見積もりについて日本オンサイト及びグローバル拠点を統制しながら実施し、顧客に提示
プロジェクトスコープを踏まえたグローバルリソーシングとして、日本オンサイト及びグローバル拠点における必要なデリバリ要員を選定し、PJT体制を構築
リードストラテジスト、リードデザイナ、アーキテクトと協力し、DXPJTを推進
顧客の期待値を把握・コントロールし、ニーズ・課題に即した成果を提供できるように、グローバル開発チームと連携
PJTの活動全体に渡りチームの作業を調整
リーダシップや顧客への報告を行い、期待される納期、予算、及び対象範囲を守る
意図した成果が確実に達成されるようPJT管理手法を使用してPJTを計画、管理、推進する
