Key Responsibilities:Strategic insights:
- Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies for the APAC region.
- Identify regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Manage targeted marketing campaigns to support product launches and customer retention.
- Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with diverse APAC audiences.
- Partner with sales, product, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure feedback is integrated into strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, using metrics to optimize future efforts.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing outcomes and ROI.
- Requirements

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC region’s cultural and business nuances.
- Proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of MedTech or healthcare industry trends.
- Proficiency in multiple APAC languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
