Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Strategic insights:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies for the APAC region.
  • Identify regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
Marketing Campaigns:
  • Manage targeted marketing campaigns to support product launches and customer retention.
  • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and resonate with diverse APAC audiences.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner with sales, product, and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure feedback is integrated into strategies.
Performance Measurement:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, using metrics to optimize future efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports showcasing outcomes and ROI.


Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC region’s cultural and business nuances.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MedTech or healthcare industry trends.
  • Proficiency in multiple APAC languages is a plus.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
