DXはあくまでも問題解決・機会創出などの手段であり、決してプロダクトアウトになってはいけないと考えております
事業部がまだ気づいていない新規性の高い、かつビジネスに大きな意義をもたらすソリューションの提供を目指しています
プロダクトやITシステムと、ソリューションという言葉を明確に区別しております。従来プロダクト・ITシステムでも使い方一つで大きな価値が出るのであれば、それは新規性の高いソリューションであると考えております
業務内容：
特定事業部へのDXビジネスパートナーとして以下役割を担っていただきます網羅的かつ定量・定性的に、コマーシャル課題を把握する
仲間や他部門と協業し、新規性の高い意義深いソリューションを立案する
立案したソリューションを、事業部と討議し、合意し、推進・管理する
事業部窓口となり、スムーズにコミュニケーションを行う

特定プロダクトのオーナーとして以下役割も担っていただきます弊社国内社員の誰よりも対象プロダクトを理解する
提示された課題に対する当該プロダクトの解決オプションを優先順位付けて提示する
問題発生時に、ビジネスパートナーやIT部門と協業し迅速に問題解決する

※DXには取り組む3つの柱があり、それぞれに複数のプロダクトがあります。1. Commercial DX, 2. Education DX, 3. Patient DX、例えば 1であれば、ウェブサイト・マーケティングオートメーションなどのデジタルマーケティング、営業担当者向け顧客ダッシュボード、ネクストベストアクションなど、専門性に応じてプロダクトをご担当いただきます
