Responsibilities

全社（日本国内）の生成AIビジネス戦略策定、Smart AI Agent を実現する生成AIオファリング/ソリューションアセット企画、アセット開発やハイパースケーラー／SaaS ベンダー等との戦略的アライアンスを通じて市場拡大を牽引します。具体的には以下のような業務を実施します。

• 全社（日本国内）の生成AIビジネス戦略検討、各業界のGTM戦略・戦術検討
• AIエージェントプラットフォーム、業界業務特化の生成AIオファリングなどのアセット企画
• 社内の営業・開発・コンサルと連携したアセット開発、アライアンスの実行推進
• 社内外の生成AI関連プロジェクトを通じた先行知見・実績獲得、アセット企画への反映　など

Requirements

必須要件：

• IT・テクノロジーに関わる事業開発／アセット企画開発経験 or/and コンサルティングファーム／SIer での IT/DX プロジェクト上流経験
• 生成AI・アナリティクス領域への高い興味・学習意欲

歓迎要件：

• コンサルティングファーム／SIer でのプロジェクトマネージャ／プロジェクトリーダー経験
• 生成AI・アナリティクス領域に関する知識・スキル
• TOEIC(R)700点以上
