Responsibilities

AI戦略およびロードマップの具体化・推進

同社グループにおける関係部門と協働しながら、AI活用の横展開やベストプラクティスの共有

AI活用事例・成果の収集・構造化・発信

社内への浸透活動（理解促進および共通言語化）の推進

グローバル展開・ローカライズの推進

同社グループのAIの取り組み・価値の発信

最新動向のキャッチアップと戦略への反映

AIに関連する委員会活動の支援

Requirements

■必須条件：

• AI・データ活用に関する基礎知識（AI／データ分析の基本的な概念を理解し、ビジネスへの適用イメージが描けること）
• 戦略・企画力（複雑な情報（戦略、事例、技術等）を整理・構造化し、分かりやすい形で表現・文書化できる能力）
• コミュニケーション・ファシリテーション力（各事業部・海外拠点など多様なステークホルダーと連携し、情報収集・合意形成を推進できる能力）
• 発信力（ストーリーテリング・プレゼンテーション）

■語学：

• 英語：中級、TOEIC 600
• 日本語：上級
