Responsibilities

• 本ポジションは、メンバーとして、世の中の最新動向をキャッチアップしながら、全社のAIナレッジ活用基盤の構築・活用推進、または社内コンサルティングのいずれかを担っていただきます。
• ナレッジ活用基盤の構築では、当社グループ社員のナレッジの収集・分類、およびAIを活用した基盤の構築・運用に関与し、専門知識の無形資産化を推進し、再利用可能な形での標準化と全社展開の実現に貢献していただきます。
• また、社内コンサルティングでは、各部門が有する課題に対し、AI活用の観点からの提案や要件整理、課題解決に向けた施策検討および実行を推進し、関係部門のステークホルダーと連携しながら、要件整理、設計支援、AIモデルの試作・検証などを担っていただきます。
• さらに、AIに関連する委員会活動の支援や顧客向け説明、展示会・学会における情報発信などにも関与し、社内外への価値提供に貢献していただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• AI、データ活用における実務経験（目安：2～3年）
• 複数のステークホルダーと連携したプロジェクトにおいて課題解決に寄与した経験
• 技術（AI／データ）、ビジネス、またはコンサルティングのいずれかの領域における専門性
