事業計画の策定
全社及び各事業部の業績見通し、業績管理の総括
Finance Planning and Analysis(月次、四半期、年次決算の報告と予実管理)
月次経営会議への分析・レポーティング
当社HDへのレポートティング（月次/四半期/年次）
M&A等の財務デューデリジェンス
経営層からの依頼資料作成支援
事業性評価及び事業部門への経営管理支援
新規ビジネスの採算性分析
各部門の戦略/施策の予算獲得支援及び投資対効果の見届け
