- 業務内容：
品質基準の確立と維持製品が顧客の要件や品質基準を満たしていることを確認するための手順と仕様を策定し、定期的に見直しを行います。
業務プロセスの監視業務プロセス全体を監視し、品質に関する問題を特定して解決します。
データ分析と報告品質に関するデータを収集・分析し、その結果を基に改善策を提案します。また、上級管理職への報告書を作成します。
従業員の教育と指導品質管理手順に関する従業員のトレーニングを実施し、指導を行います。
顧客対応と苦情処理顧客からのフィードバックや苦情を受け付け、それに基づいて適切な対策を講じます。
ISO9001の推進ISO9001の要求事項を遵守し、業務改善に関わる施策の計画・実施。内部監査、外部監査の開催など。
日本国内だけでなくアジア・ヨーロッパの国々から部品の仕入れを行っています。
出張頻度入社3ヶ月以降は出張業務も伴います。
国内出張：年3～5回程度※直近3年は日帰り出張4回程度、宿泊出張（最大1週間）年2回程度の実績です
海外出張：1ヶ月に1回・1週間、または2ヶ月に1回・2週間程度の頻度を予定しています。
