- 当社のIT・デジタル部門の一員として、ＤＸを強力に推進し、様々なステークホルダーへ新たな価値を提供する役割を担うDX人財を募集しています。お客様や代理店にとって価値ある商品・サービスの提供を、デジタルテクノロジーで実現する。また、保険サービスと保険以外のサービスを連携することで新たなビジネス領域における新たな価値の創造に取り組む。内外の環境変化やお客様・代理店をはじめとするステークホルダーのニーズを踏まえたシステム化計画を策定・推進することにより、当社の経営戦略の実現に貢献する 。
業務内容：
以下4つの領域のいずれかの業務を担当いただきます。ＤＸを中心とした新たなサービスの企画・立案・推進
データやデジタル技術を活用した業務変革や新規ビジネスの実現
新たなサービスのプロモーション活動（メディア広報や外部団体が主催する各種アワードへのエントリー、イベントへの参画等）
営業・マーケティング部門など、全社ビジネス部門からの各種相談・問合せ対応、およびシステム開発案件に関するビジネス部門・システム開発チームと連携した企画・計画・実行準備
