■Main responsibilities:
・This position will be tasked to support Workday systems operation - the responsibility centers on but not limited to the technical design but also the functional aspect of the end to end processing of HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Performance and LMS.
・Manage the daily intake and outtake of tickets coming in from Service Now.
・The person in charge will also manage stakeholders through constant communication and updates on their dealings with Workday.
■業務内容：
・HCM、採用、コンペンセーション、タレント、パフォーマンス、LMSの技術的および機能的サポートを含むがこれらに限定されないWorkdayシステム全体の運用を担当する。
・サービスナウから送られてくるチケットの日々の入出庫を管理し、社内メンバーやベンダーへの適切な分配を行う。
・Workdayとの取引について常にコミュニケーションとアップデートを行い、ステークホルダーを管理する。
