Responsibilities

主要産業（自動車、航空・宇宙・防衛、通信、クリーンエネルギー、ヘルスケア）における、お客様の事業課題（特に研究・設計・開発フェーズにおける）を特定し、同社のグローバルケイパビリティーを活用したソリューションを設計、提案する。
＜具体的には＞

• 社内事業部門と連携し、顧客との商談を通じた課題の特定
• 同社グローバルの他国（ドイツ、フランス、イタリア、スペイン、UK、US、インド、中国、オーストラリア等）と連携し、顧客課題を解決できるソリューションを設計
• 社内事業部門と連携し、顧客へソリューションの提案
• 同社国内及び海外と連携し、ブリッジ役となりデリバリー体制の構築
• これらに付随する、プレゼン資料作成や国内外への出張等

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 営業やプリセールスの経験
• ビジネスミーティングに参加可能な英語力
• グローバルへスケールさせるためのビジネス経験

• 技術営業の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識
• 組織マネジメントに関する知識
• デジタルリテラシー
• 関連法規知識（外為法、派遣法等）
