Responsibilities

• ビジネス目標やユーザーのニーズに沿った高品質なソフトウェアソリューションの設計・開発・保守を担います。
• 最新のエンジニアリング手法を活用し、部門横断型のチームと密接に連携することで、スケーラブルで安全性が高く、保守性に優れたソフトウェアの提供を目指します。
• スケーラブルなソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計、開発、テスト、保守
• プロダクト、デザイン、QAなどの部門横断的なチームとの連携
• コードレビューへの参加とコーディング規約の遵守
• アプリケーションのパフォーマンス最適化とセキュリティベストプラクティスの遵守
• アーキテクチャの決定や技術設計に関する議論への貢献
• CI/CDパイプラインの構築とデプロイプロセスの自動化
• システムパフォーマンスの監視と本番環境のトラブル対応
• コードベース、API、開発プロセスに関するドキュメントの整備
• 新技術に関する情報収集と改善提案
• 監査対応および社内外の基準に対するコンプライアンスの確保

Requirements

• クラウドプラットフォーム（特にMicrosoft Azure）でのアプリケーション開発経験※Python、JavaScript、TypeScript歓迎
• 日本語：ビジネスレベルの語学力（N2相当）必須
• 英語：TOEIC800、IELTS6.0程度の英語力
