Responsibilities

Senior Site Reliability Engineerとして、すべてのユーザー向けサービスと他の同社の本番運用システムを正常かつ安全な状態で運用・維持する事を目標とします。

• データドリブンなアプローチを使用して、セキュリティ、および可用性の観点から必要なアーキテクチャの改善を特定する
• 堅牢なプロセスへ改善し、設定するために取られたアクションをドキュメント化
• 高品質の推奨事項を作成する際に、効率性、容量、セキュリティ、およびコストを考慮
• スケールしないシステムの箇所を特定し、即時の緩和措置を適用して、これらのインシデントの長期的な解決を推進する
• 可用性と待機時間の目標を達成するためのチームをアラインするサービスレベル指標 (SLI) を特定する
• コントロールとソリューションを改善する根本原因分析 (RCA) を実施する
• コンフリクトをエスカレートさせない;チームを跨りコード品質とサイバーセキュリティのリスク/インシデントを解決する
• アプリケーションのセキュリティ、監視、および対応手順の現状を改善するために、リーダーシップとステークホルダーと連携を取る
• 同社グループのカウンターパートと協力しアラート、インシデント対応を行う
• デモやレビュー会議において、自らの専門性を主体的に発揮し、知見を明確に示す

Requirements

■必須条件：

• クラウドプラットフォーム（特にMicrosoft Azure）でのアプリケーション開発経験　　※Python、JavaScript、TypeScript歓迎

■語学力：

• 日本語：ビジネスレベルの語学力（N2相当）必須
• 英語：TOEIC800、IELTS6.0程度の英語力
